Setting fitness goals for our clients to achieve is a critical part of my role as a personal trainer at Inspire Fitness, and a vital component to the success that we achieve with our clients.
This Friday 20th April, I will be undertaking the Oxfam Trailwalker 100km challenge with three gym members who have dedicated the last 5 months of their training to completing this endurance challenge. As a team, we will be raising money to support the tremendous work that Oxfam International undertakes around the world.
Another of our dedicated Inspire Fitness members, Emma Marchesi, has also been training strongly in the months leading up to the Oxfam Trailwalker challenge. If you would like to support Emma and her team HAKUNA, visit the Oxfam Trailwalker HAKUNA teamspace here.
